Community survey

The city is renewing its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP). Access affects the whole community and we would like your thoughts on how to make the community more inclusive and accessible for everyone who lives, works and visits here.

Your priorities, needs and ideas will be used to inform and guide our actions. The final plan, which will cover the period 2017-2022, will be publicly available so you can see how we responded to the feedback we have gathered.

As a thank you for your time, you may also enter into a draw to win a $50 Coles Myer voucher.

The online survey closes on Monday 20 March 2017.

Note: The term 'people with disability' is defined in the National Disability Strategy (NDS) as; People with all kinds of impairments from birth or acquired through illness, accident or ageing process. It includes cognitive impairment as well as physical and psycho social disability.'
